NY mural artist Steve Powers plans to paint a love affair from 63rd and 46th street. Fashioning his latest project after love letters and romance, Powers' piece will beautify 50 of West Philly's empty walls. According to its creator, the Mural Arts Program's latest is intended to reflect "the area and the kind of supportive communication that makes relationships and neighborhoods work." Already in the works, Powers' "Love Letters" should be completed by September's start.
