WILD THANG

Photobucket

Dave Eggers, McSweeney's mastermind/meta-fiction literati, preps for the release of "The Wild Things." Loosely based on the children's classic by Maurice Sendak and Egger's upcoming screenplay with Spike Jonze, "The Wild Things" tells the story of a boy named Max who finds himself stuck "in a world he can't control." Described as funny, dark, and alive, Eggers rendition of everyone's fave is well worth its pre-order status. Two versions of the novel are available, one with fur and one without.
